The Lijiang City Tourism Distribution Center project boasts a total investment of approximately 568 million yuan, covering an area of 368 acres and a total construction area of 40,687 square meters. It primarily comprises a tourist distribution center, a multi-functional exhibition center, a logistics service center, and a parking lot. The seismic isolation equipment utilized in the project is rubber seismic isolation bearings provided by Gowe Technology. These bearings can effectively mitigate the impact of earthquakes and other external forces on buildings. Upon completion, the new tourist service center project at Yulong Snow Mountain will significantly enhance the travel experience for tourists.
The Lijiang City Tourism Distribution Center (Yulong Snow Mountain New Tourist Service Center) project serves not only as a new tourist service center for the Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area and the starting station for Lijiang City Rail Transit Line 1, but also as a tourism transportation distribution center in the northern part of Lijiang City. It integrates three major functions: “tourism services, commercial trade, and cultural leisure”, highlighting local cultural characteristics and intangible cultural heritage. It combines diverse industrial chains such as cultural and creative experiences, leisure entertainment, and night economy, striving to cultivate new directions for local consumption in Lijiang, expand new consumer scenarios for tourists, and create a “Lijiang Cultural and Tourism Complex” with composite functions.
